today's workshop was awesome!
there is dancing, yeah, but i didnt dance until ken urge me to.
and we had to break a block with what we negatively think of ourselves.

yeah! i broke it during the 3rd try.
i just realised how powerful HUGS can be today.
after everyone broke their blocks, we have hugs!
and i was like omg when this assist hugged me so tightly,
i almost couldnt breathe.
i was touched by thaddeus' words.
and he's an awesome amazing trainer!
a HUG is worth more than a thousand words,
a HUG is priceless,
a HUG is the greatest comfort you could ever receive.
i would love to hug again.
its seriously a great comfort.
makes me feel so relax, so comfortable, so cared.
anyway, todays dance session was super crazy.
and tomorow will be the last day.
i hope to see thaddeus and my mindchamps class friends again.
hopefully somebody planned an outing
okay, today is a good day and tomorow will be better:)
i am confident and i happily take the first step to speak up and share.
ohyeah, and 4 people lifted up a 113kg guy.
he's not fat, just chubby and big in size.
tomorow's the last day. and i hope in the end there's a hug session.
