places to visit

i've never liked the feeling of living here.

its not that i hate singapore,

but sometimes its the people here.

i had the thoughts of migrating next time.

maybe because of my personal opinions and the feeling of living here.

i cant really describe how i feel but then....

i've always had a liking for those ''ang-mohs''

read xiaxue's blog on an entry mentioning

about singaporean guys, 

thats how i feel.

america? korea? i dont know.

maybe these places are where i belong to?

but truthfully, there are places which i really want to go.

not in sequence but just places i want to go.

Germany.

mostly because my passion for history.

i've learned a lot.

not enough though, i really liked to see

these historical places for myself

and feel how those people feel during war times.

and also because the place is so beautiful.

watched movies that were shot in germany,

and i must not deny the big place there is what i wanted.

also to try their food and learn about their culture.

i must emphasise that i really like places like this.

love the buildings. it gives me feeling 

that i could be at peace and enjoy life.

maybe because one of the reasons i dont like staying here

is also because i see office buildings around.

nothing much interesting.

America.

america is big.

but one place i really like to go is,

New York.

such a beautiful place at night,

all the city lights.

with the crowded people you can feel the happy atmosphere.

and the lights, they just makes you feel happier.

not to mention that the madison sqaure is there too.

those big screen tvs etc.

dont you love the times sqaure?

China.

too much history.

i feel so chines-ish.

my grandparents were from china too.

i went shanghai and suzhou once.

and it gives me such a different feeling.

i love imperial chinese dramas.

proud to be a chinese and a history lover.

one place i really really wanna visit,

the forbidden city.

many thoughts about the stories in the palace and

i'm glad we live in a world with freedom of speech and choices.

you can see beautiful scenery if you go inside those houses from

the different dynasties.

the houses are just so....

the imperial garden is so beautiful.

Maldives.

couldnt count it as a country,

but yeah,

one of the place i want to visit,

most preferably with the one i love.

the big blue sea,

the sea breeze,

just laying down and enjoying every scenery

without worries.

the comfortable resort shows everything.

Venice.

which is at italy.

okay, i must say some italian guys are hot. hahaha.

venice is a beautiful place.

i really love the buildings there.

Korea.

the weather will never be as hot as in singapore.

i really hate hot weathers.

cooling/cold weathers makes me feel more comfortable.

and for korea,

you will see busy traffic and people around.

its the kind of feeling i want.

and i wanna try the food there too,

and also, shopping!

plus some of my idols are there.

i really love seoul and jeju island.

there are many more to come,

but i guess these few are the top few.

maybe some may think i'm not fit to be a singaporean.

i'm grateful to singapore,

i was born here and raised here.

i have my family, friends and i'm educated here.

the environment, safety, transport,

its all from singapore.

its just that sometimes i think,

too much technology may just spoil the nature and

scenery around us.

the feeling of living here,

i dont know how to describe

but then, i still love singapore.
