sianz...todae's trainin's a torture man!!!
we had to do layup....2group...mus do 5o balls in...
1st group to get 5o balls in wins...but my group lost...sad...
coach made us run like HELL!!!
we had to run bck n fourth the court 4 times!!!!
within 11 sec some more!!!!
haiz...damn!!!!damn tired man!!!
den the next 1 oso we lost...had to run 2 times...
but luckily the 3rd one...we won...yea!!!!!!!!
dun hv to run...the other group does....
den gt 1 time...we won but they had to run 9 times!!!!
